Archive legacy builds from ci_builds table
Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.
Overview
Once we have all the information gathered from #271613 (closed), #271614 (closed), #271615 (closed), it should be safe to archive builds that are old. We can do that in a migration, this will be a destructive action, so it is important to get a sign off from the product team that it will not be disruptive for users. Ensure that builds are being archived continuously according to policies that we define here.
