Activity feed - not space used to separate Opened + object type, browser search not working

Summary

It's not possible to use browser find to search for eg. Opened issue, I think there must be some other character used instead of space, at least on Chrome and Safari on macOS.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/activity
2. Use browser search function, command+f on mac
3. Search for opened - see that just pened or even ened only is highlighted
4. Keep searching for opened issue - it's not highlighted
5. Searching for eg. commented on works correctly
