Gitlab KAS is not existing, needed to package for FreeBSD?

I manage the gitlab port for FreeBSD and currently prepare the new version 13.5.0. I already saw at the last version that there is a new dependency to GITLAB_KAS: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-foss/-/blob/master/GITLAB_KAS_VERSION

Can you please point my to the location this new depedency is hosted, so I can include it into FreeBSD?
