Test streaming results on a Geo Secondary

In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/15457 we introduced a different way to read information from the secondary database. We need to test this issue on a node where there is a lot of activity to see if we get the improvements we expected.
