Make the links on the explore project page go to projects, subgroups or groups

when you go to this page https://gitlab.com/explore?nav_source=navbar you see a list of projects.

a project can be part of a subgroup that is part of a group

the link for the project is the link to the project itself whether you click on the project name or on the group name

I would suggest that you break that that link into multiple links. If one clicks the link to the subgroup it should take him to the subgroup page. only the last link should direct the user to the project page

Currently, this is displayed as a single link.

Proposal

We should break this up into two links, where clicking "AwesomeGroup" takes you to the group, and "CoolProject" takes you to the project. Should this be implemented elsewhere?
