Show groups with access to a project separately in Members
Overview
When a project is inheriting members from a group or is being shared with a group, we display the members in the Members table of the UI in a paginated list. For projects in large groups, this means seeing many members in the table.
It also reveals the individual members of the parent group, since a project member can view the member list and see exactly who is a member of the project by inheritance.
Proposal
We should show groups separately in the Members list:
- If the current user can access to the shared group, they should be able to see the individual members of the group in the "Members of (group)" table and their permissions levels.
- If the current user does not have access, they should not see the individual members of the group in the table.
