Summary

Issues containing an SVG image will no longer display the SVG image.

Steps to reproduce

Create issue add SVG image. The image is not displayed in preview nor the final view

What is the current bug behavior?

SVG images not displayed

What is the expected correct behavior?

SVG images should be displayed. Same as the wiki behavior
