For A/B testing we will be using Flipper. There is a flipper-ui gem that provides a simple UI that could allow for a cheap and quick UI for feature management through a browser.

I have not fully evaluated this solution and do not know if it will be straightforward and work mostly out the box or if it could have some fundamental issues with how we are using Flipper. I'll defer to BE to estimate this.
