Bug in the Web IDE in custom port

Summary

There is a bug in the Web IDE when using a custom port.

Steps to reproduce

Just create an installation of GitLab CE with a different port to the default, which is 80, and go to the Web IDE.

What is the current bug behavior?

If you set a different port to the default, the tree files in the Web IDE never load.
