Follow-up from "Add documentation to PipelineArtifacts"

This issue is to discuss whether or not we need an "introduced in" link in this page, and what link we should use (if we need it).

  @morefice I'm going to remove this for now, actually, as the test coverage visualization page lists the version details, and this page is a more general reference. We'd usually want to link it to an issue as well, but I'm not sure which one we should like to. I'll open a follow-up to discuss this, so I can get this merged now 🙇
