Add the Milesone's ID in the information box

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

Release notes

When opening milestones, the ID is not displayed. The only supported way to see it is in the browser's url. I noticed that issues and epics are more intuitive and user-friendly because its ID is shown close its title.

Problem to solve

As a GitLab user, I want to see displayed the milestone ID in the same way that epics/issues show its ID, so I can easily and user friendly can find when looking for it.

Intended users

Mainly used by Scrum Managers and also, Developers.

User experience goal

The user should be able to see the Milestone ID when listing the already created milestones within the GitLab's Open, Closed and/or All sections.

Proposal

When the user navigates to Issues -> Milestones, the milestone's ID is displayed in the same box as currently the Title, Date, Status, and Group are displayed.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

The milestone's id is displayed in a sintax similar to %<ID>, where ID is the number that corresponds to the Milestone.

What is the type of buyer?

Is this a cross-stage feature?
