Project Export Email Never Arrives

Summary

User has 3 projects, he has successfully exported 2 of the projects but the last project (512 MB) never successfully exports. The user selects the Export project button in project settings but an email never arrives.

Steps to reproduce

• Navigate to user's project (link to private project in ZD ticket: https://gitlab.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/114466)
• Select Export project

• Navigate to project
• Select Export project
• Expect email with download link
• Never receive email

What is the expected correct behavior?

• Navigate to project
• Select Export project
• Expect email with download link
• Email to download export is received
