Interactive terminal UI bug

Summary

The interactive terminal is not working in the Edge browser or Internet Explorer.

Steps to reproduce

Access GitLab --> Project --> CI/CD --> Jobs --> Open a running job --> Click on debug

What is the current bug behavior?

In Edge v18, TextDecoder is not defined. Terminal box is visible but there is no text being displayed. In Edge v17 and Internet Explorer the terminal box is not displayed at all

What is the expected correct behavior?

To be able to access the interactive terminal.

Possible fixes

Using other browsers.
