Links in commits that include hash fragments might be detected as GFM references

When a commit message includes a link such as https://foo.com#123, Danger will think #123 is an issue reference and produce an error. This is likely because it just searches for something along the lines of #\d+, regardless of what preceeds it. The regex should be adjusted so it only matches text that is preceded by whitespace.
