Don't let user compare the same two versions with each other in MRs

It doesn't make sense for the user to compare e.g. "Version 4" with "Version 4" in the "Changes" tab of an MR. It will always result in a state where there are no changes, and we should instead only show them options that would give him potentially useful information.
