Restrict protected tag creation to specific branch

Problem to solve

I can not guard to create a protected tag on feature branches.

Further details

If you are using Git flow or GitHub flow, you only need to create protected tags on master branch.

If you are using GitLab flow, you only need to create protected tags on stable branches.

Proposal

I think that the branch on which you want to create a protected tag is a protected branch. So add a setting on which protected branches to create protected tags.
