Cannot stop impersonating user when 2FA is enabled

Summary

We have 2FA enabled for everyone globally. When one impersonates a user they are taken to the 2FA screen. When we tap the "Stop Impersonating" button up top in the right - we simply are cycled back to the screen.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enabled 2FA for everyone
  2. Impersonate a user without 2FA
  3. Do not configure 2FA
  4. Tap the "Stop impersonating" link up top
