Follow-up from "FE instance analytics users graph"

The time type for our chart should be the correct type for the data we are using the users chart, the x-axis is populated by the recorded_at date for the measurement, but the separation of the ticks is causing issues with the final look of the chart, we should explore if there are ways to properly control the display of axis ticks using the the time type.
