Problem to solve

Templates are an easy way for our users to get themself familiar with CI, we have a growing number of templates however:

• Templates are not discoverable.
• Hard to understand.
• Unable to know when a new template is available.

As a user, I need to easily understand which templates are available for me to use. As a user I need to identify new/up to date templates.
