Release notes

I want to give hability for application users to create an issue directily on the GitLab interface without login (or login without seal). The process is the same that Service Desk but in Web Interface, not with mail. If the user is logged, i can see all issue and all information about this (status, discussion, ...)

Problem to solve

We want remove mail usage on your compagny. The customers prefer work with web interface
