Issue comment field is partially hidden on latest iOS

Summary

When drafting an issue comment on mobile Chrome on iOS, the keyboard hides the lower half of the input field. Scrolling further down is impossible, forcing the user to type blind.

Steps to reproduce

• iOS 12.1.4, iPhone 6S
• Chrome 72.0.3626.74

What is the current bug behavior?

The lower half of the input field is hidden

What is the expected correct behavior?

The whole input field, or at least the last written line of text
