Cannot choose GitLab Runner as Kubernetes installable application

As found in the docs:

GitLab provides a one-click install for various applications which can be added directly to your configured cluster. Those applications are needed for Review Apps and deployments. You can install them after you create a cluster. (https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/clusters/#installing-applications)

Actually, I only can choose Tiller, Ingress & Cert-Manager. After installing Tiller, the list doesn't become complete - e.g. I'm looking to install GitLab Runner this way in my Kubernetes Cluster (cluster just created). I'm using Gitlab.com Hosted version on the Free Plan, but I'm not sure that makes a difference.
