More explicit assignee emails for Merge Requests

Unclear MR assignee email confuses (older) people

Although we switched to GitLab well over two years ago, some (older) colleagues still have trouble parsing emails from GitLab. One particular frustration is them glancing over Assignee emails (i.e. emails send because they're assigned to a MR) and not understanding they have to take action (i.e. review the particular MR).

The current Assignee email does not explicitly state they have to take action.

Proposal

The Assignee email could include phrases like "Person X has assigned you to MR Y", and some big bright buttons that take them to the relevant MR.

If the diff is small, it could even be included together with a Merge button (so that they don't have to navigate to the MR page first).

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

Less time between MR creation and first Assignee interaction.
