Potential for misaligned text/content in MR discussion notes

This is very closely related to gitlab-ce#55206, but the affected component is different: NoteableNote.

This is only a potential bug at the moment, since it'll only manifest if/when additional elements are added to the .timeline-content or .timeline-discussion-body elements. This screenshot demonstrates the potential bug.
