Fix emoji rendering in projects dropdown identicon

Summary

Projects whose name starts with an emoji get their identicon wrongly rendered in project dropdown and groups page.

Steps to reproduce

Create a project, and use an emoji as the first character of the name.

What is the current bug behavior?

A faulty character gets outputed in project dropdown and in group list.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The emoji should be correctly displayed, as it already is in other identicons (as Project summary, starred projects, …).
