Environment page not updated after deploy job runs

Summary

While previewing gitlab using gitlab.com, we have noticed that the environments page is not updated when a pipelines deploy job runs successfully. This started to occur some time ago, and seems to be affecting more then one project. They are private projects however, so I'm not sure how to provide details to assist developers in tracking this down.

Steps to reproduce

Create a pipeline with a deploy job and use it for a while. Notice that the environments page ceases to be updated (after some point). I'm sorry I cannot provide more detail here.

I have a couple private project that can be used to show this problem. It is challenging to reproduce otherwise.

What is the current bug behavior?

Environment page is never updated with new deployments

What is the expected correct behavior?

Environment page lists all deployments for each named environment.
