Problem to solve
The JIRA integration needs a filter on what JIRA projects will be acted upon.

Further details
With the current JIRA setup, all commits that mention a JIRA issue will receive a comment with a backlink to the commit on Gitlab. Some of our users consider this spam, and they don't want it. I tried restricting the scope of the projects the JIRA user has access to, but Gitlab's unhappy about that.
Proposal
Have an additional fields of comma-separated JIRA projects that will be 'active' for the Gitlab/JIRA integration.
What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
I can define a list of project in the JIRA integration page, and will not receive comments in JIRA mentioning commits in Gitlab
