Inconsistent breadcrumbs when viewing commits

When viewing commits, switching from the "Changes" tab to the "Pipelines" tab changes the breadcrumb links.

In the "Pipelines" tab, the breadcrumb is missing the commit SHA which links to the current commit. It also mistakenly links "Commits" to the current commit instead of to the branch.
