Unnecessary login info on 2FA causes poor mobile login UX

When logging in to an account with 2FA enabled on mobile, a 2FA component is rendered and the document still has the text from the initial login page which at this point is unnecessary and causes the 2FA component to be rendered off the page on small viewports.

There was a suggestion to simply hide this text. This only needs to happen on mobile but its also a good time to explore the desktop experience.
