Kubernetes > Application update > Include appVersion

With https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/49384, we are automatically upgraded applications for users. This includes showing when the application was last upgraded, the chart version, and a link to the chart.

We can additionally add the most recent appVersion
