Docs - product feedback: make a release

Hello and thanks for adding such features as releases: I searched for this when first I creating an account.

That beeing said, I feel I am not warned when creating a tag that filling the "release notes" section is the (unique) and mandatory step that creates a release. Some description text like "enter release-notes to make this tag a release" would help a lot.

And I fear I can not be the only one that got (badly) surprised when discovering my new releases section,
seing only a release every three of my tags.
