Make MR linked from WebIDE sidebar
Problem to solve
When in the WebIDE I want to jump back out to the MR that I got there from. If I pull the sidebar out it shows me a summary of the MR, even has a link to the Issue it closes, but the MR itself is not a link so I can't get back to the full MR page from the WebIDE. Sadness.

Everyone using the WebIDE
Proposal
Make the MR ID in the WebIDE sidebar linked to the actual MR page.
What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
From the WebIDE I can open a new window/tab or full link out to the associated MR (assuming there is one)
