Links in project description while in group view also open the project

Summary

When clicking a link in a project's description while in the Group view, it opens the link in a new tab, but also opens the project on the original tab.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com?filter=www-gitlab-com
2. Click the https://about.gitlab.com link in the description for www-gitlab-com

What is the expected correct behavior?

When clicking a link that opens a new tab, it is not expected that the original tab changed. So if you click a link in a project's description, it should open the link without navigating into the project.
