Problem to solve

Before adding rotations to a schedule, a user needs to set up the blank calendar to work off of. Setting up a calendar includes naming, adding a description, and setting a timezone for it's display. These customizations are going to be specific to their team and function and will help them locate the schedule later for modifications.

Allow people to add an on-call schedule.

Proposal

Creating a schedule should be limited to ONE schedule. Once a user has created a schedule, the add schedule button should be disabled.

Introduce a modal whereby users can create a schedule for a particular timezone:

Note: Have suggested basing the timezone dropdown on UTC time, as our internal teams base all of their on-call schedules on UTC.
