Repo "updated" timestamps updating without any user triggered updates to the repo

Summary

Go to dashboard, see my repos have been updated recently even though I have not pushed anything or opened any new issues.

No CI triggers either 🤔

Steps to reproduce

Go to dashboard and see new updated timestamps 🕙

What is the current bug behavior?

Showing updated timestamps even though project has not been updated ⬆

What is the expected correct behavior?

Only update timestamps of repos being "updated" from user triggered/API triggered events.

It is possible that these are being gc'd on the server and making them seem updated?

Not a deal breaker, but made me wonder if someone got my ssh keys for second there 😅 😂
