Remove additional occurrences of vulnerabilityFeedbackHelpPath that were not in scope for #233813 (closed)

  @andyvolpe could you please confirm, are we only wanting to remove the text / link from the security modal, or from the inline MR pipeline report too?

  IMO it probably makes sense to remove it from all places if it's confusing / not providing any value?
