Define JTBD for snippets

Problem to solve

Jobs to be done are a great tool for understanding maturity, prioritizing, and influencing vision for a product category. We have not defined jobs to be done for snippets.

Proposal

Let's use this issue as the basis for discussions and documenting jobs to be done for the snippets category.

Information about JTBD can be found here. We write our job statements in the following format:

"When [situation], I want to [job], so I can [outcome]."

When I have supplemental scripts, I want to document them, so I can reuse them and become more efficient.

JTBD 2

When I have a piece of code that could benefit others, I want to be able to share it, so we can collaborate.
