Sort secret variables alphabetically

Problem to solve

Feature flag environment specs and secret variables (which use the same UX control) currently list in the order they were created, or perhaps a random order from the server. When looking at a long list this is not helpful as it can take a moment to manually search through and find the spec or variable you're looking for.
