Allow searching for commit sha hash in commits list

In the commits list panel (such as https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/commits/master), we currently can only search by author or the commit message. But we should also be able to search by the commit hash as well. Sometimes you know the Sha you want to look at, and we should be able to search for that.
