Docs feedback: bad verbs in commit messages

The docs page on Gitlab flow mention that commit messages should not contain the following verbs:

• change
• improve
• refactor

The reason is "because they don’t contain much information". I do not follow this reasoning for "refactor", seems fine to me. I agree that "improve" and "change" can be replaced with more specific verbs.

It might be a good idea to refer the reader to a source for further reading. The link from Tim Pope's blog at the bottom of the paragraph does not elaborate on the choice of verbs.
