Cloudflare check is blocking Iranian IPs from GitLab.com

It seems that cloudflare check of https://gitlab.com/ is blocking any request from IP ranges belongs to Iran since some hours ago. What is going on?
2018 migration to Google Cloud Platform had blocked us from accessing GitLab and contributing to open-source projects for a while. After migration to AWS the problem had been solved. Now, cloudflare check is blocking us again.
