Add Puma worker configuration guidance in Reference Architecture docs

We currently make recommendations on how to configure Puma's worker count on our requirements page.

We don't do this however in our reference architecture docs. We should add the same guidance there. Threads guidance can also be added but our default is the recommend 4 so not as much as a concern.
