In this issue, we will add needs to a single or multiple job

User story

As a user i can add or remove needs to a single or multiple jobs

Requirment

• User should be able to create a connection between jobs which will represent needs between jobs
• User should be able to delete needs
• User should be able to add multiple needs between jobs
• User should be able to connect a job and a stage with needs
