Increase Project Repo Buttons Size

Currently, the buttons in the .project-repo-buttons div in the project header are .btn-xs which makes them very cramped compared with all the other buttons on the page. In my opinion, they would look much better if increased in size to match the size of the buttons just below. I have attached images for a before and after mocking up comparison.
