File browser in branch compare (same as in merge request)
Problem to solve
In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/14249 you added a file browser when looking at changes in merge request. This feature is missing in branch compare dialog.
Target audience
Will be appreciated by all of Gitlab users

Add file browser to branch compare dialog - should be the exact same logic as in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/14249
