Two search option "Navbar search" & "Find file" is confusing

Problem to solve

When you open the Projects > Details we see the option to Find file, as it suggests we can search files from this repository.

Additional, we can see another search bar at the top (in the header) which say Search or jump to.... These two search option creates a confusion which one to use for the particular use-case.

The best option is to merge all the features of Find file into the top header search bar.

It will avoid confusion as if now by seeing two different search option is hard to understand which one to use.

Proposal

One small change that could help with the confusion is simply removing the mag glass icon from the button. Since that icon is often related to the search input, that could be causing the issue presented here or at least contributing to it?

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

It will keep the users focus to use only single search bar which is located at the top (in the header).
