Allow optional summarizing comment for resolved discussions

Problem to solve

When discussions are resolved, they are hidden and it's no longer easy to tell what the topic was/what decision was made if you come around later. Especially for companies like us that use an async workflow, it's easy to lose context of what happened. Not everyone is perfect at updating the description, and sometimes a decision is made that is important to know about for context but doesn't change the description per se.

Proposal

When clicking to resolve a discussion, allow for optional entry of a single-line comment that summarizes the topic and final decision made/outcome. Show that instead of the generic "this conversation has been resolved" message.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
