History
This feature flag was added in milestone 12.6 (!20023 (merged)), with the intention of limiting the number of projects returned via the groups/:id
API to 100, to reduce the number of Gitaly calls made.
This flag is enabled by default.
While this flag is enabled by default for self-managed instances, on .com, we wanted to enable it out only after an announcement to our customers (we did it via twitter).
Hence we disabled this first via chatops, deployed, made the announcement and then enabled the flag. gitlab-com/gl-infra/production#1700 (closed)
