Deleting a project doesn't seem to work

Summary

I have been attempting to delete a project (can link in private if needed) but it does not get removed. This project was imported from GitHub.

Steps to reproduce

Import a project from GitHub and then attempt to delete it?

Not completely sure since I only have the 1 project to show.

What is the current bug behavior?

Project appears to get queued for deletion, but going back to the project page shows it is still there (although the repo has been removed).

What is the expected correct behavior?

Project and all code should be removed
