Fast-forward/rebase shows in discussion like contributor pushed more commits

Merging with fast forward triggers a rebase that then shows in the discussion/history as “ added X commits (from master)”. That is very confusing as it looks as if the maintainer made changes to the content of the request, which probably would mean a new review is needed. Especially annoying when “Merge when pipeline is done” has been chosen.

Rebases need to be differentiated if they don’t add actual content to the Changes.
